The AJAX Superior MotionCam AM (PhOD) Jeweller is the most advanced motion detector camera in Ajax's Superior range, designed to offer the highest level of security in installations where the risk of tampering with the sensor itself is a real threat: empty premises, schools, shops and other public spaces.

Anti-masking (AM) sensor: nothing goes unnoticed

The distinguishing feature of this model is its anti-masking sensor, capable of instantly detecting any attempt to tamper with the lens: placing obstacles in front of it, applying spray paint, or covering it with opaque material. Upon any of these attempts, the system triggers an alarm and takes a photograph, enabling an immediate response. The masking detection sensitivity is configured in three levels via the Ajax PRO app, adapting to the specific conditions of each installation.

Detection zone with no blind spots

Its new optical design prioritizes maximum safety: the detection zone extends from ground level to full human height, with a blind spot reduced to just 80 cm. This allows for reliable detection of an intruder regardless of whether they are running, walking slowly, or crawling. However, this model does not include pet immunity , as its priority is complete area coverage.

High-detail HD photos

Thanks to HD technology, captured photos are sharper and more precise, facilitating the recognition of faces, text, and other details. Professionals can choose from four resolution options depending on site needs: HD resolution prioritizes maximum detail, while lower resolutions prioritize delivery speed for real-time monitoring. HD photos (960×720 px) are delivered in 15.5 seconds.

Robust communication with TurboWings

The detector communicates with the hub using two secure radio protocols: Jeweller for instant transmission of alarms and events, and TurboWings for sending photographs. The communication range extends up to 3,500 m in open space with an Ajax hub or repeater.
