In DOMOTICALIA we accept several means of payment for orders:

Cash in Delivery Point
Transfer or deposit into account. You can order the payment to the accounts that we provide by email from the following entities:
CaixaBank (La Caixa) - (By default)
ING-Direct Business - (request by email)
It is very important that you indicate in the Concept of the operation the order reference. This will make it easier for our systems to automatically locate the payment and associate it with the order. If you do not put it, we will have to make a manual intervention, it will take longer and we may not be able to find out which order corresponds to it. This delays everything and lengthens the delivery time of your order. If you forgot to do it, however, it has an arrangement. Please send a message to our customer service team and they will tell you what to do to solve it.
To expedite the shipment, it is necessary that you send us a proof of the transfer to firstname.lastname@example.org. Save it for a few days in case it would be useful in case you forget to put the order number as Concept.
Please bear in mind that transfers from entities other than CaixaBank or ING-Direct can take up to two business days (no weekends or holidays) to reach us, according to banking regulations. We will send you a notification email once we have confirmation of payment. We keep the orders assets by transfer for four days to give the banks time to make the operations effective. After these four days, if the payment has not been confirmed, an order by transfer is automatically canceled and the items are released to the stock. If after that, the amount of your purchase reaches us, we will recover the order, but it is possible that the availability of some items has changed and that some of them have even been sold out. If so, we will notify you to give you a solution.
Card. This form of payment is immediate. In DOMOTICALIA we have adopted the CaixaBank POS for your convenience and greater security. When you confirm your order and pay by card, a POS window will appear on the screen. You can make the payment by writing your card details. DOMOTICALIA will not receive these data or have access to them. The transaction is made directly with the bank. This operation will never incur additional expenses for the client.
As our system prioritizes security, after authorizing payment, your bank can request additional confirmation by means of a private code that sends you to your mobile, with a key card or with the additional security key you have programmed.
Paypal. It is available for orders that we send to all countries, including Spain. This operation will never incur additional expenses for the client. Payment by Paypal may require a few minutes to be processed and confirmed.
