The prices and conditions of sale are purely informative and can be modified in response to market fluctuations. However, the completion of the order by filling in the purchase form implies compliance with the price offered and the general conditions of sale in force at that particular moment. Once the order is formalized, the purchase will be understood as full right, with all the legal guarantees that protect the acquiring consumer and, from that moment, the prices and conditions will be contractual and can not be modified without the express agreement of both contracting parties. . Shipments
Delivery times range between 24 and 72 hours at the customer's choice (in Spain-Peninsula). We can not guarantee these delivery times, although we try to ensure that the transport companies comply with them whenever possible. In rural populations far from urban centers it is not possible to guarantee delivery in 24 hours.
Delivery times will depend on the availability of each product, which is indicated in each and every one of the products offered. In the orders that include several articles a single shipment will be made and the delivery time will correspond to the item whose delivery time is longer.
The client must inform as soon as possible about the complete integrity of all the components of the order and to verify that everything that is included in the included products is included.
An order will be considered delivered when the delivery receipt is signed by the customer.

Returns
According to current legislation, you can proceed to return products, for whatever reason, within 15 calendar days of receipt of the goods by the customer. To do this, the conditions set forth in this conditions page must be met. You can do this by completing the withdrawal document or through our Contact Form by selecting the Customer Service - Returns option from the drop-down.
So, before making the return, please let us know so you can proceed immediately to process the corresponding authorization. Once you receive an authorization number by e-mail for the return, you can send us the product. Next to the authorization number for the return, we will also send you our full address and we will indicate the possible ways in which you can send us the article.

We will refund your money in the same way you used to make the payment. If it is by bank transfer, we will return the amount corresponding to the account you indicate. We promise to make the refund as soon as possible.

Return conditions for private customers
No returns of the following products will be accepted, as established by Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of November 16, which approves the revised text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws. :

Once the merchandise has been received and proven to be in perfect condition, the refund of the amount will be processed. Cancellation of orders
