The DCP1 is an advanced WiFi controller for measuring consumption and controlling solenoid valves, designed to monitor and protect water, gas, or other fluid installations. It allows you to measure flow in real time, detect abnormal consumption, and perform automatic or remote shutoffs, all from the local network or integrated into your Fibaro/Nice HC3-based home automation system.
Ideal for residential, commercial or technical installations where safety and supply control are priorities.
The DCP1 not only counts counter pulses, but also:
Calculate total accumulated consumption
Measures flow per minute
It records partial consumption in the last 5 minutes, 15 minutes and 1 hour
It allows you to configure consumption limits for automatic cutoff without the need for an external controller.
It saves data even in the event of a power failure.
A professional solution for leak prevention, excessive consumption detection and facility protection.
2.4 GHz WiFi communication
Configuration mode with dedicated access point (AP) for quick setup
Integrated configuration and control website (password protected)
DHCP or static IP
Auto-discovery by mDNS
Remote firmware update via the internet
Programmable periodic reset for maximum stability
In addition, it incorporates a connector for an external antenna, improving coverage in technical installations or electrical cabinets.
The DCP1 can operate completely autonomously or be easily integrated with:
Home Assistant (secure TCP or TLS connections)
Fibaro Home Center 3 / Fibaro Home Center 3 Lite
Nice Yubii / Nice Yubii PRO
Thanks to its direct integration and specific plug-in, it becomes a powerful tool for Smart Home and smart building projects.
It allows you to control:
2-position solenoid valves (3 wires)
Solenoid-type solenoid valves
Any ON/OFF device (permanent relay mode)
Internal relays up to 5A at 230V , allowing direct control of multiple applications.
Includes physical push button for manual control (disableable).
Wall-mounted box with flaps and screws included
Easy-to-install plug-in connector
Flexible power supply from 9 to 28V
Pulse input compatible with:
0 to 50V
Potential-free contacts
5V output for powering Hall sensors
Configuration of:
Pulses/unit of measurement ratio
Texts and language
Automatic cutting parameters
Water meter measurement
Gas metering or pulse electricity meters
Leak protection in homes and second homes
Remote supply cutoff in empty homes
Supply control in communities or commercial premises
Integration into energy management systems
The DCP1 is designed for professionals seeking:
Leak protection
Advanced automation
Remote supply control
Professional home automation integration
Autonomous operation without dependence on third parties
A robust, versatile solution ready for professional installation projects.
The DCP1 is a solution particularly suitable for projects that require monitoring, control and optimization of water consumption within the framework of environmental certifications and international sustainability standards.
Thanks to its ability to measure precisely by pulses, record partial and total consumption, and automatically shut off in case of abnormal consumption , it allows the implementation of active water efficiency strategies in residential, commercial and industrial buildings.
The use of measurement and control systems such as DCP1 facilitates the implementation of requirements related to efficient water management in certifications such as:
LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design)
BREEAM
WELL Building Standard
EDGE (Excellence in Design for Greater Efficiencies)
In these systems, sectorized consumption measurement, early leak detection, and automatic response capabilities are key elements for:
Reduction in drinking water consumption
Continuous monitoring of supplies
Documentary justification of water savings
Implementation of preventive maintenance strategies
Improved operational performance of the building
The DCP1 allows:
Sectorize consumption (housing, common areas, irrigation, technical processes)
Detect consumption deviations in real time
Automate shut-offs in response to abnormal flow rates
Maintain historical data for technical audits
Integrate into energy management platforms or BMS
This makes the device a strategic element for projects that seek not only to be certified, but also to maintain long-term water performance indicators.
For engineering firms, construction companies, and developers, incorporating active control systems like the DCP1 offers:
Improvement of sustainable building design
Reduction of the risk of damage from leaks
Technical argument in sustainability reports
Greater appeal in real estate promotions with an ESG focus
