Se trata de un interruptor Z-Wave Plus (GEN5), inteligente, del fabricante AEON LABS apto para grandes cargas (heavy duty) de hasta 40 amperios.

Interruptor inteligente Z-Wave Plus (GEN5) Aeotec de AEON LABS para grandes cargas (heavy duty) es un módulo interruptor que va a permitir controlar aparatos o grupos de aparatos con cargas máximas de hasta 9600W. Podrá controlar a distancia o automáticamente mediante eventos o escenas domóticas predefinidas a través de una Unidad de Control Z-Wave.

Gracias a sus funcionalidades de supervisión de la energía y planificación podrá ahorrar en electricidad de forma inmediata. Podrá recibir reportes de consumo electrico en tiempo real, podrá planificar y preveer los picos de consumo, etc. gracias a sus funcionalidadesd de control y ahorro eléctricos, hasta un máximo de 40 amperios de intensidad electrica.

Interruptor inteligente Z-Wave Plus (GEN5) de AEON LABS dispone de la tecnología Gen5 de Aeotec, que sobrepasa las prestaciones de todo lo conocido hasta el momento en Z-Wave. Está construido conforme a la serie 500 de Z-Wave, ofreciendo mejoras en el rendimiento de radio del 50% y de una velocidad de comunicacion del 250% más rápido respecto a productos precedentes con tecnología Z-Wave.

Es necesario disponer de una Unidad de Control Z-Wave para poderlo integrar y controlar desde su red Z-Wave. Este módulo Z-Wave funciona como si fuera un repetidor sin cables con los demas dispositivos para favorecer el mallado de la red Z-Wave y aumentar cobertura en las estancias.

Descripción:Aeon Labs Heavy Duty Smart Switch is a Z-Wave device that can report the wattage energy usage and KWH usage to a Z-Wave Controller (especially a gateway), it can be controlled by other Z-Wave devices to turn on/off loads, it can bear up to 40A current of resister loads. It also acts as a repeater that forward Z-Wave command messages to destination nodes if the originating controller is out of range from the destination node. By taking advantage of the Z-Wave mesh network, commands can be routed to their destination via intermediary “listening” Z-Wave products. Products that are Z-Wave certified can be used and communicate with other Z-Wave certified devices.
