Our VH400 series soil moisture sensor probes allow accurate and low-cost control of the soil moisture level.
Because our probes measure the water content of the soil using transmission line techniques, they are insensitive to water salinity and will not corrode over time, as it does with conductivity based probes. Our probes are waterproof, small, robust, low power and can be buried at any depth.
Compared to other low-cost sensors such as gypsum block sensors, our probes offer a fast response time. You can insert and take an accurate reading in less than a second.
The probes come in standard cable lengths of 2 meters, (also by incarceration with cable of 5 meters and 10 meters.)

The sensors allow you to stop watering automatically or even skip a watering cycle when there is

1. From the main menu of the web application, go to Sensors> Vegetronix.
2. Turn on the relevant switches.
3. Provide a logical name or label to the sensor.
4. Set the minimum and maximum level of soil moisture.
5. Press the "Save sensors" button at the bottom of the screen.
