This kit based on JEEDOM is a simple solution for home automation, especially for its price. The purpose of JEEDOM is to make home automation available to as many people as possible. This kit is perfectly adapted to the use of JEEDOM . This kit for Jeedom DIY (do it yourself), is a Z-Wave home automation center with good performance, high reliability and an attractive price comparing it with other Z-Wave + controllers.
As for the home automation protocols that it supports natively, it is only compatible with Z-Wave + (with the plugin pre-installed and configured). If you want to make it compatible with other protocols, you can download the corresponding plugins and acquire the necessary additional devices (EnOcean, etc.).
This Jeedom kit does not include the Jeedom Power Pack , which offers the services that are not available in this free version included in this pack . These packages can be subscribed separately as an option, directly in Jeedom's marketplace and will allow you to integrate other NO-wave devices , from manufacturers such as Netatmo, Nest, Broadlink, Withings, among others.
JEEDOM is universal and scalable . In this context, the JEEDOM plugin works from the beginning. Each home automation protocol, each connectivity with other domotic projects or ecosystems can be integrated through the addition of a JEEDOM plugin for that technology (if it exists in Jeedom).
